Seasonal Flu Vaccination Clinics

starting November 1st. Mon - Fri - 7.30AM - 8.45AM (Adults Only)

Also available are other recommended teen immunizations to protect them from serious vaccine preventable diseases. (see flyer).  You may walk-in or make an appointment. (see link on this page).  To decrease the chance of feeling faint, please make sure your teen has had something to eat and drink before coming to the clinic.

Childhood Immunizations Clinic

• Make an appointment for each child separately and provide the correct birth date
• bring your child's immunization records to the clinic

Note:  Vaccinations are administered by Registered Nurses and/or licensed Emergency Medical Professionals

• If you have internet access, please try to make your appointments yourself. To help you with that we have detailed instructions. Please print it out and follow.
  

Please arrive at your appointment on time.  If you come early, you might have to wait until your appointment time. You will need to make an appointment for each person needing an immunization. 

Please register with your email address to make a clinic appointment and get automatic confirmation/reminder about your appointment. You can use your phone number to register (if you do not have an email address) but you will not receive a reminder. Your email and other information will not be shared with other parties.
